Sugar free vegan chocolate mousse: a quick, healthy and yummy chocolate dessert.

Thank you because since I tried this dessert it’s a great hit in my house!
I usually prepare it in the afternoon for the five of us, so the amount for each is not much but nonetheless my son takes ages to eat it, licking each spoonful very slowly because he wants it to last longer!!!
And the great thing is that you literally throw the few ingredient in the food processor and it’s ready!
We eat it straight away! It’s so good that every time I say to myself: “Next time I am gonna do double dose!”
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 ripe bananas
- 3 tablespoons of nut butter
- 4 tablespoons of cacao powder
INSTRUCTIONS
Put everything in the food processor and whiz it until it reaches a creamy consistency.
At this point the original recipe require 30 minutes at least in the fridge and garnishing with raspberry and fresh mint.
I did it the first time I have prepared the chocolate mousse but all the other times we have eaten it straight away plain like that and it was awesome!
Try it, it is worth!
